If you place an order online (regardless of if or how you pay for it) our shopping cart software will log your IP address but we do not use this information.

▪  Credit Card information for on-line orders is obtained via a Secure Payment Gateway and is not downloaded.
▪  Your information is kept securely in our databases and offices. We only allow our employees  access to your information, and then only if they need it for a specific authorised task. The computers on which we store your information are kept in a secure environment and protected by hardware firewall technology.
▪  Credit card details are destroyed once payment has been taken.
▪  All paper records containing personal information are stored securely until they are no longer required and then destroyed .
