Method
1) MOST IMPORTANT! Peel the polythene off every piece in the kit. Make sure
you peel off BOTH sides of each piece - front and back.
2) If you are putting together a 60cm tiered rack you will have 2 sides, one
of which is designed to be left hand and one right.
3) Take one length of card rack and position it where you want the top rack
to be. Mark your holes. Drill holes and plug if necessary.
4) Take one side support and place the top rack in front of it. Fasten
loosely to the wall. Fasten other side in the same way. If you have a metre
length version, fasten the middle support in between the left and right
before attaching the top rack.
5) Clip the next to bottom rack into place - making sure that the push fit
fastener is pushed right through until you hear it click. If you do not
fasten correctly they will not hold.
6) With the side supports in a vertical position, mark and drill the bottom
fixings. Screw into position.
7) Gently tighten all screws. DO NOT OVER FASTEN. If you overtighten you
could cause the racks to crack.
8) Attach the rest of the racks with push fit fastener making sure they are
properly secure.
9) Fill with stock and watch it sell!
NB These racks are NOT designed to be free standing.
