Tiered tray - wall / counter Ref : T77000 Contents: Two acrylic side panels One pvc stepped section Four nylon push fit fasteners Four nylon washers Two nylon screws & rods Two metal screws & cup washers for wall fixing use Free standing use 1) Peel off the protective polythene from both surfaces of the side panels and both surfaces of the stepped section. You may find this easier if you start around the holes. 2) Taking the side panels ; first push a small nylon screw through each of the small holes from the outside and screw a nylon rod from the inside. These are the supports , tighten with a screwdriver if necessary 3) The pvc section has a fold at the top of the stand and at the bottom front edge. (Which by the way is perfect for slipping in your company name and logo.) Slide the acrylic side panel in between the fold top and bottom with the sloping edge facing forward, ensuring the nylon rod supports are behind each section of rack. Fasten at all four hole points by simply pushing through a nylon fastener from the front; they must snap into position. Lastly push a nylon washer over each push fit fastener and snap into place.
