To place an order we do ask customers to use the website as due to PCI compliance rules our team of call handlers cannot take card information over the phone.

Our opening times are Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5.30pm. During these hours our team are available to answer the phone and meet with customers in our Faversham based warehouse with showroom.

As manufacturing site, we do not hold cash in our premises, so all payments on site are completed either via a payment link by card, a Paypal transer or BACS payment only. Our minimum order value of £35.00 ex VAT is in place at our site.
