As a small business we have to close at various points during the year, either to accommodate for UK Bank Holidays or due to the need to complete maintenance to the buildings or machinery we use.

When we are closed our website will remain open and you can place orders as usual but they will not be dispatched until the re-opening date. At the point of selecting your delivery option, an estimate of the delivery date will be provided to give you in idea of when your order will arrive.

On dates we are closed, emails will not be monitored, calls will not be possible and our team will not be dispatching orders. Upon our return we prioritise order dispatch and responding to all communication we receive while closed.
