Delivery Information

All orders are subject to a minimum order value of £35 (ex VAT) not including the delivery cost.

Standard Delivery (1 working day)

Delivery speed is based on the time taken from collection from our warehouse to delivery and does not include the dispatch time. We use a next day carrier and dispatch all orders placed before midday within one working day. Should all your items be in stock, the order may be dispatched the same day however this cannot be guaranteed. Should you require next day delivery, please contact the sales team on 01795 532947 to discuss if this is possible for your order. Larger items may occasionally experience a short delay.

Some large items incur a surcharge due to the size and weight. This will be indicated in the basket. This applies to a very small percentage of our product range such as slatwall panels and exhibition equipment. 

Due to ever changing restrictions regarding shipping outside of the UK, we are no longer able to offer this service. 

It is your responsibility to ensure you are available to receive your goods.  Delivery can be rescheduled using the tracking information provided to you (please provide a mobile telephone number and email address when placing your order.)
