Standard Delivery (1 working day)
Delivery speed is based on the time taken from collection from our warehouse to delivery and does not include the dispatch time. We use a next day carrier and dispatch all orders placed before midday within one working day. Should all your items be in stock, the order may be dispatched the same day however this cannot be guaranteed. Should you require next day delivery, please contact the sales team on 01795 532947. We will require either your EORI number if the order is being delivered to a business address or a personal identification number if it is being delivered to a residential address. Without this we cannot dispatch the order.
The value of the order will contain no customs charges or VAT and these may be charged on entry to the country by our shipper. The shipper will hold the order for one week and should payment not be received the order will be returned to us and the cost of outgoing and return shipping will be deducted from any refund.

We cannot ship to all countries so please always contact the sales team to discuss if it is possible.
