Our control system completes regular audits which ensures that staff are following procedures as they should and identifies areas that need strengthening to ensure they are addressed at the earliest oppurtunity and ongoing training is provided.
When choosing the third parties that we work with, we complete extensive research to ensure that they are reputable third party organisations. This is particularly important when we select our partners to process payment details to ensure that card details are not stored at any point.
Additionally this website uses the latest SSL encryption technology which ensures that any data transmitted by yourselves remains inaccessible to others.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes.
